Completed in 24 months without interruption, the project increased the leasable area to 34,000 square meters and the number of stores to 67 [Palm City Mersin]. Renovated with a focus on daylight-based architecture, the project integrates a 10-screen cinema, restaurants with terraces, and a parking garage with a capacity of 1,500 vehicles.
Forum Kayseri6 photosForum Kayseri Shopping Mall Project, undertaken by Tepe İnşaat and Multi Turkmall as the main contractors, is the city's largest commercial and lifestyle center investment. Opened on December 21, 2011, the project boasts a total gross construction area of 176,500 square meters and a leasable area of 65,000 square meters. Housing over 200 stores and a parking garage with a capacity of 2,000 vehicles, the complex is Kayseri's first BREEAM green building certified project thanks to its sustainable architecture.
4 photosThe Yalova Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant is an infrastructure project with a capacity of 50,000 m³/day (ultimately 100,000 m³/day) using the Bardenpho process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal [Yalova Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant, YASKİ]. The plant has an automated operating system that meets one-third of its own electricity needs with a 1 MWp capacity Solar Power Plant (SPP) built on aeration ponds.
5 photosForum Ankara Outlet Shopping Mall Project is a massive commercial investment built in Keçiören, Ankara, with Tepe İnşaat and Multi Turkmall as the main contractors. Opened on October 18, 2008, and designed with an open-air street concept, the project has a total gross construction area of 170,000 square meters. This huge structure, with approximately 86,500 square meters of leasable space, houses 139 independent stores, an 11,600 square meter hypermarket area, and a parking capacity for 3,000 vehicles.
