Executive Director · Construction and Projects

Arif Dağ is a construction and project management professional with over 19 years of international experience in residential, tourism and hospitality, commercial, shopping mall, transportation, and infrastructure projects.

He has contributed to major construction projects in Montenegro, Qatar, Iraq, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye, gaining extensive experience in construction management, site operations, project planning, procurement, logistics, quality control, and cost management.

His project experience includes Luštica Bay Marina & Village, Portonovi Waterfront Resort & Residences, the Doha Gold Line Metro Project, Yusufeli and Deriner Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant projects, as well as Forum Ankara Shopping Mall, Forum Kayseri Shopping Mall, and Mersin Carrefour Shopping Mall. He applies his international project experience at SARIF GROUP to support effective construction management, site operations, procurement, and logistics solutions.

  1. Lustica Bay Project

    Lustica Bay marina, residential buildings, villas and tourism project in Tivat, Montenegro.

  2. Portonovi Montenegro

    Impresa Pizzarotti for Azmont Investments: HercegNovi Portonovi seaside resort and residences.

  3. ALYSJ - Doha Metro Golden Line

    The Doha Metro Golden Line was constructed by a consortium including Yapı Merkezi and STFA. Opened on November 21, 2019, the line is entirely underground, 14 kilometers long, and has 11 stations. This driverless metro system, operating on an east-west axis, provides transfers to other lines via Msheireb Station.

  4. STFA - Erbil Drinking Water

    Erbil Drinking Water and Distribution Infrastructure Project | Iraq

    Increasing the capacity of the water treatment plant from 144,000 m³/day to 240,000 m³/day, laying 624 km of pipeline, and renovating the drinking water distribution networks in Erbil and Duhok.

  5. HydroLotus-Lenkeran Infrastructure - Wastewater Treatment

    Lankaran Water Supply and Wastewater Infrastructure Project | Azerbaijan

    A comprehensive infrastructure project encompassing 230 km of drinking water lines, 200 km of sewage network, a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 40,000 m³/day, 11 km of transmission lines, and a water reservoir with a capacity of 20,000 m³.

  6. Limak — Yusufeli Dam & HEPP

    LİMAK Construction projects include the construction of engineering structures, transportation tunnels, and diversion tunnels.

  7. Tepe Construction

    Forum Ankara, Forum Kayseri and Mersin shopping malls.

  8. Deriner HEPP — Technostroyexport

    Technostroyexport carried out the excavation of the river diversion tunnels and the 100-meter underground power plant tunnel, as well as the supply and installation of heavy hydromechanical equipment such as steel penstocks and inlet valves.

Born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sahan Moratuvage is an entrepreneur and business leader with 26 years of professional experience across hospitality, international recruitment and real estate. As Executive Director of ZENZ Group, he leads a diversified portfolio encompassing international recruitment, real estate services, facility management and hospitality brands. ZENZ Group has offices in eight countries—Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar—with a candidate network spanning 151 countries.

His professional background includes serving as pre-opening Operations Manager at Rixos Land of Legends in Antalya, Duty Manager at Qatar Airways, and Food & Beverage Manager with Anantara Hotels & Resorts. These roles helped shape his approach to operational management, service quality and leading multicultural teams.

Alongside his hospitality career, Sahan developed experience in real estate as an agent with RE/MAX and a trusted real estate partner for Luštica Development. This background combines an understanding of client relationships, property opportunities and international business development.

Through his leadership of ZENZ Group, he focuses on connecting people with opportunities, developing international partnerships and building businesses across diverse markets. He brings this combination of operational experience, commercial understanding and global relationships to Sarif Group, contributing expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, real estate and business growth.
